The School of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki has operated, since the academic year 2018–2019, a Postgraduate Programme of Studies entitled:
“Criminal and Criminological Sciences”.
The operation of the programme is governed by the provisions of the relevant decision of the Senate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Government Gazette 3646/Vol. B/27-8-2018), the Regulation of the Postgraduate Programme (Government Gazette 741/Vol. B/4-3-2019), the amendment of the Senate decision (Government Gazette 4035/Vol. B/21-9-2020), and Law 4485/2017.
From the academic year 2024–2025, the operation of the programme is governed by the provisions of the relevant decisions of the Senate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Government Gazette 7401/Vol. B/31-12-2024) in accordance with Law 4957/2022.

Coordinating Committee
Responsibility for monitoring and coordinating the operation of the Postgraduate Programme of Studies lies with a five-member Coordinating Committee (C.C.).
